CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly thank you for choosing KC Glow Beauty Co. In order to respect the time and dedication of our team, we have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation, and a 20% fee of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
